Scope of Work

Protect and restore the operation of our client’s networks during a catastrophic event.

During the recent floods in Brisbane, two of our major clients were compromised by waters surging into their offices with a distinct chance of catastrophic damage.

The Process

We assisted our business owners to relocate all their staff to remote workstations and their primary hardware to our service centre. Once housed and set up we were able to connect them to their servers and protect their backup systems so that all new and old data would be secure.

We offer a free disaster recovery service to our NSSP clients and assist them to perform critical daily activities and manage the retrieval of data for access when needed until operations are restored to their base.

Our NSSP monitoring service was working through the whole disruption so the security of the network was protected at all times.

The Outcome

During the relocation period, we could provide full service and manage any problems from our end. No data was lost, all backup service was in operation and there was minimal downtime. The clients were able to function as normal, trading remotely, until they could move back into their offices.
