More than meets the eye

In the event of a breach in your internet security, we can act for you as soon as our system alerts it.

Most companies have no idea of a problem until the people managing their system inform them of the breach.

In some cases, software programs have to report to their users that there has been a problem. That is the reason we have designed the NSSP system to get on top of problems in real-time.

In June 2022 our NSSP system alerted our engineers to the Patch Tuesday breach in Microsoft Support Diagnostic Tool two weeks before Microsoft reported their repair!

Our engineers applied a patch immediately to protect our clients’ systems. No one was at threat and no data was compromised.

Actions speak louder than words

We have all been through some very trying times and our clients have had their share.

We supported our clients who needed assistance with managing COVID protocols and setting up remote stations for their teams with a minimal break in productivity. We were always on hand to manage the different problems as they arose in this unique circumstance.

We also mobilised and managed the same services for our clients that were at risk during the most recent QLD floods and we are still working with insurance claim support for those that lost compromised hardware.
